Blushed and Body Cosmetics uses Li-ft Saline lightening which is an all natural, safe yet powerful and effective hypertonic saline lightening solution that contains no chemicals and no acids.
Li-FT saline tattoo removal solution is tattooed into the area of the unwanted permanent makeup, microblading or body tattoo using conventional tattoo methods. Li-FT is a hypertonic solution containing a higher amount of salt than the body contains....this enacts the process of Osmosis and moves the pigment upwards to the outer surface of the skin and then removed by the skins natural healing process.
Saline tattoo lightening is effective on all types of cosmetic tattoos and most small body tattoos. Age, colour and depth of the tattoo does play a part in the lightening process.
We can lighten or in some cases remove existing eyebrow, lip, scalp micro pigmentation and small body tattoos.
If you have a cosmetic tattoo that you no longer like, or that has changed colour or a shape you no longer like and you want to remove it, saline can lighten and in some cases, remove your existing ink. If you have scar tissue from previous cosmetic tattoo work please contact blushed first before booking for a free consult.
Tattoo lightening can take anywhere between 1 to 6 sessions. Sometimes if the tattoo has been implanted too deeply in to the skin, it can take more. The number of treatments required can not be pre-determined as it depends on a number of factors, including the size of the tattoo, the type of ink used and the age and depth of the tattoo. We will advise you on an approximate number of sessions to achieve best results. In some cases not all of the pigment can be removed.
