Blushed Payments and Policy FAQ's

You can pay via credit card, eftpos, apple pay, PAYPAL bank transfer, Afterpay or with cash.

YES. YES. YES. Afterpay is available in store and online.

If you wish to reschedule any appointment, 72 hours notice is required. If you provide 72 hours notice or more you may reschedule one time before the deposit is forfeited. If you wish to reschedule a second time or cancel after you have already had one reschedule you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit for a new booking. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit and you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure a new appointment. If you cancel your booking with 72 hours notice or more and have not used a one off reschedule a 50% refund of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours notice you will forfeit your deposit.

If you are running late for your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss your situation, as our bookings follow a tight schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. You will be required to pay a new deposit in order to make a new booking.

If you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to secure a new booking.

You must be 18 years old or above to be tattooed. No exceptions.

Unfortunately no. Our customer loyalty program offers generous discounts on colour refresh and colour boost services for up to 18 months after the initial appointment. Anything beyond this time frame is considered a new booking.

We are open: Monday: 9-5pm Tuesday: 9-2:30pm Wednesday: 9-2.30pm Thursday: 9:00-5pm Friday: 9-2:30pm Saturday: Brow lamination and hybrid dye services via direct contact with Sarah (not available on booking system) Sunday appointments are available for all services and will occur a Sunday fee which will be advised during your free consultation. We offer afternoon, evening and weekend appointments via consultation only.
